A system-agnostic TTRPG ruleset for high-stakes negotiations based on the writing advice to let your characters say anything but their real motivation.

• Clue-style accusations to guess your opponent's vulnerability
• Guidance to create the most emotional devastation possible
• Multiple endings depending on how much devastation you inflict
• Dynamically rising and falling stakes

Consider employing a TTRPG safety tool like Lines & Veils and/or the X-Card as these emotions may touch on player vulnerabilities too.
